The all new intel pineview architecture

The new intel pineview architecture is the next big thing in the netbook business.. it is rumored to be pitted in direct competition to Nvidia's ion graphic processor...

INTEL PINEVIEW:
Pineview combines the memory controller, graphics and microprocessor onto one chip, reducing the number of chips inside a device so companies can shrink them.This should also make the chips speedier, more battery efficient and less expensive.This uses the nehalem desktop processor architecture in its ATOM range of processors.This uses an integrated graphic processor on die and it is termed as GMA 500.But Nvidia still claims it can outrun pineview with ion in 1080p playback.
But this pine view architecture certainly reduces the size further for nettops and netbooks.

Intel GMA 500 supports all the directx compliant shader models.it supports the latest shader odel $(means directx 10 is supported).so,windows 7 is now possible for extremely small netbooks.And since windows 7 supports touch interface we might see a new revolution in netbooks!!!

And before the launch itself its facing tough competition from VIA launching its dual core nano 3000 for netbooks and ofcourse,AMD 's NEO range of processors.Nvidia still claims that it has the finest multimedia capable netbook solution .

so, lets watch this healthy(stupid) competition alone and never buy these Netbooks(a PC anyday rocks!!)
